Terms and Conditions for Snowshoe Tours

1. Booking and Payment

·  Reservations: All bookings must be made in advance through our website or authorized agents.

·  Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved payment methods.

·  Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking and payment. Please ensure all details are correct and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

·  Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the tour date are non-refundable.

·  Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative tour date.

3. Participation Requirements

·  Age and Health: Participants must be at least 16 years old and in good health. Those with medical conditions should consult with their doctor before participating.

·  Fitness Level: Snowshoeing requires a moderate level of physical fitness. Participants should be capable of walking on uneven terrain for extended periods.

·  Equipment: We provide all necessary snowshoeing equipment. Participants must wear appropriate winter clothing, gloves, and hats.

4. Safety and Conduct

·  Guides: All tours are led by experienced guides who prioritize safety. Participants must always follow the instructions of their guide.

·  Behaviour: We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards guides, fellow participants, and the natural environment. Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the tour without refund.

·  Liability: Participants must sign a waiver of liability before joining the tour. We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost property during the tour.

5. Weather Policy

·  Weather Conditions: Snowshoe tours are weather-dependent. We monitor weather conditions closely and will make decisions based on safety.

·  Tour Adjustments: In case of adverse weather, tours may be adjusted in terms of route or duration. Participants will be informed as soon as possible.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

·  Personal Information: We collect and store personal information necessary for booking and conducting tours. This information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

·  Photos and Videos: We may take photos and videos during tours for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded should inform their guide.
